The YG-1 X5070 Blue coated nanograin carbide is the market leading milling range for mould and die, suitable for high speed machining up to HRc70.

The Korloy FMR positive features an 11o positive relief angle which ensures high rigidity and low cutting resistance in die and tool steel machining.

The special octagon design of the insert pocket guarantees 8 indexes of the insert and prevents the insert from rotating within the tool pocket. The insert pockets are unevenly placed which reduces vibration in high feed milling.

The YG-1 Dream Drill range is ideal for tool and mould making applications where high precision drilling is required. Drills are available with or without through coolant and are ground to an m7 tolerance.

The DH500 series is also ideal for application where EDM is usually used due to the material hardness. It is suitable for machining from 50-70HRc.
