Features & Benefits
Korloy King Drill's are a high performance u-drill system that utlises a dual insert design for higher efficiency. The unique insert geometries create a balanced step by step entrance into the workpiece which reduces cutting loads up to 50% and virtually eliminates deflection on entry. Holders are avaialble in 2xD, 3xD, 4xD and 5xD and use the SPMT (peripheral) and XOMT (central) inserts.
- Available in diameters 12mm-60.5mm in 0.5mm increments
- Inserts available in grades for steel, stainless steel, HRSA’s, cast iron, aluminium & plastics
- All holders through coolant
- Tool holders available in 2xD, 3xD, 4xD & 5xD max drill depths
- Optimised insert design for inner and outer pocket

What time are we open?
We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 6pm (up to 5.30 pm on Fridays).
What delivery services do we offer?
To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £59 ex vat*. For orders under £59 ex vat we offer the following:
- 1st class post - £2.49
- DPD Standard Next Day Delivery - £6.50
- DPD Next Day Pre-12pm - £9.50 or (£5.00 on orders over £59*)
- DPD Next Day Pre-10.30am - £17.00
- Fluid Orders - FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £79 ex vat*. For orders under £79 - £8
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it. If you order before 5.30 pm on a Friday we offer a range of options including all day Saturday, pre12pm and pre10.30am. Please see our delivery page for more information.
