The Supercut Spade Drill is the most versatile, accurate and high performance drilling system in the world, suitable for both CNC and conventional machining applications. It is possible to drill from 9.5mm to 114mm diameter using just 9 different sized holders. 

The Supercut Spade Drill system, manufactured by YG-1 of South Korea,  is our best selling system and can drill from 9.5mm to 114mm diameter, up to 20xD deep.  Accurate drilling is possible through the GROUND SELF-CENTERING insert and deep hole drilling is possible through the excellent chip control provided by the insert's chip breakers and the through coolant supply.  Only the Supercut Spade style of drill can drill up to 20xD with ease.

  • TiALN Coated P40 Carbide Spade Drill Inserts..  Highest performance on carbon and alloy steels,.  Only suitable for short hole depths and rigid set ups.
