Cutwel has been closely following government advice regarding safety measures in response to the COVID-19 crisis. For a period since March, many of our office staff have been working from home in line with the government's 'Stay at Home' message. As we move into the next phase and begin to welcome our staff back to HQ, we have ensured that social distancing and hygiene remains our top priority in keeping our staff and customers safe.
Our offices and warehouse distribution centre in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire remain operational and we have introduced clear measures and procedures to ensure we keep all of our team as safe as possible and that all of our orders will be dispatched safely.
Actions taken so far include:
Office staff are segregated by teams, have separate access points and staggered start and end times.
Social distancing measures have been implemented for all staff, including new policies, line-markings, signage and one-way walkways.
To facilitate team separation a second canteen and rest area has been set up for office staff.
Introduced many additional precautions to ensure our warehouse staff, who fulfil your orders, are kept safe in their working environment.
Additional routine cleaning procedures have been introduced.
Additional hygiene products have been installed including hand sanitiser at all access points.
Visitors have been limited to contractors for essential works only to ensure operational continuity.
Only one customer is permitted at the trade counter at any time.
We have been in constant communication with our suppliers and other partners to ensure that we continue to provide you with the best possible service without compromising safety.
We would like to take this moment to thank you for your continued loyalty and playing an important part in supporting our journey. Above all, we hope you and your families stay safe and well.
