The Gerardi COMPACTGRIP self centering series combines high clamping power, a compact rigid base, 20 micron accuracy and 60 Rockwell case hardening with a wide range of interchangeable jaw plates, quick clamping plates and Zero Point options.

The result is a 5 axis vice that has almost double the clamping force of the leading German competitor with full compatibility with other manufacturers pallet or plate systems.

• This system includes a range of jaw plates assembled on the top of the main jaw which clamp the workpiece through sharp or shaped teeth. Different styles available for specific material type and hardness.
