Recently, we conducted some customer feedback surveys on our delivery services. We wanted to gauge whether a reduction of our delivery threshold would be welcomed, amid rising costs in other areas of the supply chain.
With over 150 respondents, over 85% of customers agreed. SO, WE LISTENED!
Starting this week, customers who place orders with a value of £39 or above (ex VAT) will be eligible to receive Free Next Day Delivery. You can see a summary of our new delivery terms below which also includes reductions on some of our premium services too.
