What time can I order until?
We are open Monday to Friday until 6pm. Our main courier leaves at 6pm so just to be safe please try and order before 5.45pm so it leaves time for your order to be processed.
Please note we have a specific courier who delivers liquids and packages over 30kg’s, so if your order could be either of these, this courier leaves between 4-4.30pm so please try and order before then.
Do you do Saturday deliveries?
Yes we do. We can offer Saturday all day delivery for £17.50. We also offer timed Saturday deliveries (Pre-12pm / Pre-10:30am)
Can I get items quicker than the lead times shown on the website?
If an item is not in stock the estimated lead time will be shown on the product page, however, these lead times are estimated and are based on the general time it takes to get to you when we order from it from our supplier.
Sometimes we already have them on order and the lead time may be shorter.
Depending on the product and the availability of our supplier we may be able to offer a direct from our supplier.

Where can I find your ISO certificates?
As we don’t manufacture our products we don’t have ISO certificates directly. However we do hold a selection of our suppliers ISO certificates and these are available on request. Please get in touch and we will send these over to you!
Where can I find cutting data?
Cutting Data should be available on every applicable product page. You will find a PDF in the technical information tab of all our cutting tools.

How do I apply for a credit account?
Here at Cutwel we offer a 30 day end of month credit account for suitable applicants. For more information on our credit accounts and how to apply please click here.
Do you have on the road reps?
Yes we have Technical Sales Managers that are all time-served engineers that visit customers to discuss upcoming projects. This is especially useful for new workholding or re-tooling a new or old machine where we can advise on the most suitable tooling and put together a cost effective solution.

How do I return an item?

What calibration do you offer?
If you are wanting to purchase a measuring tool with calibration then we can provide full UKAS calibration for you.

How do I request a visit to Cutwel?
At our offices in Cleckheaton, just off the M62 near Bradford, West Yorkshire, we have a fantastic showroom for you to come and visit. This tooling centre boasts a wide range of metrology, cutting tools, workholding and toolholding equipment for you to view.
Our experienced technical engineers are on hand to show you round and to help with any tooling packages, product recommendations or anything else you may wish to discuss. Just speak to your Account Manager to arrange a visit or call 01924 869610.
Does Cutwel supply to countries outside of the UK & Ireland?
Our main aim is to service businesses and private users within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. However we can supply all products outside of the UK/Ireland with the exception of YG-1 and Korloy products, please contact us with your enquiry.
Can I get a same day delivery?
Same day deliveries are available depending on location and time of order. If you need a same day delivery we know it’s urgent so please get in touch on 01924 869610, email firstname.lastname@example.org or use our online Livechat service for an instant response.
Do I have a dedicated account manager?
If you are a company then you will usually be assigned a dedicated account manager. Once you register with us, shortly after your account manager will be in touch to introduce themselves.
