The TRP range is for ultra-high metal removal applications and the chip splitter range is ideal for deep cuts up to 4xD. These milling cutters are also suitable for trochoidal titanium machining and offer phenomenal performance & surface finish.
V7+ 6 Flute TRP Milling Cutters - The V7+ TRP range is the best finishing tool for inconel and nickel alloys due to its 6-flute design. The TRP range will achieve this via high metal removal rates whereas the chip splitter range can achieve ultra-deep cuts <4xD. Not recommended for conventional roughing, the V7+ 6 flute range can still be used as a rougher in trochoidal milling applications.
