Perform multiple applications with just 1 tool! The beauty of the KGT system is that it allows for multiple applications to be performed with just 1 tool holder by changing the insert geometry, including: Parting off, face grooving, relief grooving, rough & light grooving, copying & turning.
KGT inserts are available in a variety of grades which make them suited for spacific materials. We supply grades covering general purpose, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, HRSA's and specific grades for non-ferrous (aluminium) machining.
Strong Clamping System
KGT utilises a strong 'V' type clamping system and a serrated shape on the clamping area so that it effectively minimizes vibrations. This results in improved stability and performance for highly efficient machining.
