Collect from our site
We welcome customer collections from our Trade Counter. Place your order in advance by phone, email, online or fax and your collection will ready after 1 hour.
Alternatively, you can visit our Trade Counter and place an order and wait for your order to be processed.
Our Trade Counter is open from 9am until 6pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Courier Delivery
Most orders will be sent via DPD however we reserve the right to use an alternative service should an order contain a liquid or is over 30kg.
Order must be placed before 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5.00pm Friday for a same day dispatch. Orders after this time or over a weekend will be sent the following next working day.
Order for liquids or orders over 30kg must be placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday for a same day dispatch. Orders after this time or over a weekend will be sent the following next working day.
Next Working Day orders placed after 5.30pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day.
Royal Mail
Orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders after 4pm or over a weekend will be sent the following working day.
Only available on orders up to 500g in overall weight.
Not guaranteed next day and no tracking details will be given. Orders can take up to 3 working days.
Delivery is defined as 8am-6pm, Monday to Saturday
Pallet Courier
Order must be placed before 12.30pm Monday to Friday for a same day dispatch. Orders after 12.30pm or over a weekend will be sent the following next working day.

We offer some non stock items direct from the supplier. please call 01924 869610 for more information. Delivery cost will be quoted on size and weight and this does not include the free deliver on orders over £59 ex VAT
