Features & Benefits
The 29.6522 series from Karnasch is a CVD Diamond reduced neck ball nose end mill which ranges from 2-12mm diameter. CVD (99.9% diamond) have 4-5 times the tool life comapred to PCD and are ideal for carbon fibre, glass reinforced plastics, kevlar, aramid, titanium and abrasive plastics. For Carbon Fibre, Glass Reinforced Plastics, Aluminium, Copper & Brass.
0.1mm chamfer edge preparation protects the cutting edge.
CVD Diamond is the ultimate composite milling tool, twice as hard as PCD and can only be ground by laser. For the most abrasive composites or when the longest tool life is required.
Ball nosed gemoetry.
4-5 times tool life compared to PCD.
CVD 99.9% Diamond.
Ultra-sharp cutting edge from laser grinding process ensures the sharpest cutting edge and prevents delamination.

We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 6pm (up to 5.30 pm on Fridays).

To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £59 ex vat*. For orders under £59 ex vat we offer the following:
- 1st class post - £2.49
- DPD Standard Next Day Delivery - £6.50
- DPD Next Day Pre-12pm - £9.50 or (£5.00 on orders over £59*)
- DPD Next Day Pre-10.30am - £17.00
- Fluid Orders - FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £79 ex vat*. For orders under £79 - £8
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it. If you order before 5.30 pm on a Friday we offer a range of options including all day Saturday, pre12pm and pre10.30am. Please see our delivery page for more information.
