High quality solid steel shank turning tool holder suitable for use with TCMT style turning inserts (also suitable for TCGT, TCGW, TCET, TCHT etc). The STGCR/L series have a Screw on clamping system for simple changeover with wrench and screw with a 90° degree approach angle. Available in Right hand, these turning tool holders are made from YG-1 from a high grade tool steel for the highest accuracy, rigidity and best performance turning. For the best performance its recommended to clamp on a 1/3 of the bar's length, as a minimum. Made by YG-1, a global market leading manufacturer of cutting tools.
