Features & Benefits
The SEME70 series 2 flute slot drills range from 1-20mm diameter and are available in a wide range of lengths. The 4G Mill range from YG-1 offers unbeatable performance and accuracy in high speed machining of all carbon or alloy steels, pre-hardened steels-up to HRc55), stainless steel and cast iron. The micrograin carbide substrate and Y1200 coating offers extreme cutting life in temperatures up to 1,200°C.
- Excellent performance dry or wet cutting all steels, stainless steel, cast iron & hardened steels-Under HRc55)
- YG-1's Y1200 coating & premium micrograin carbide substrate
- HSC - High speed cutting
- Due to new coating and tool geometry, 4G Mills can machine up to 1200°C with outstanding wear resistance

We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 6pm (up to 5.30 pm on Fridays).

To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £59 ex vat*. For orders under £59 ex vat we offer the following:
- 1st class post - £2.49
- DPD Standard Next Day Delivery - £6.50
- DPD Next Day Pre-12pm - £9.50 or (£5.00 on orders over £59*)
- DPD Next Day Pre-10.30am - £17.00
- Fluid Orders - FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £79 ex vat*. For orders under £79 - £8
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it. If you order before 5.30 pm on a Friday we offer a range of options including all day Saturday, pre12pm and pre10.30am. Please see our delivery page for more information.
