The Korloy AFE3 series A Star mirror finish aluminum cutter has 3 flutes, a plain shank and a square end. These are made from a micrograin carbide substrate. The A Star range from Korloy is designed for high speed machining of aluminum, copper, brass, plastics and non-ferrous metals with exceptional workpiece surface finish.
- Suitable for high speed roughing of aluminium and other non-ferrous materials.
- First choice for general machining of aluminium and copper with medium to high cutting speeds where surface finish and accuracy are important.
- Wide choice of lengths from very short to extra long.
- Superior tool life, mirror surface finish, accuracy and chip control vs economy 3 flute tools.
- Micrograin Carbide Substrate.
- Excellent chip evacuation even in high feed machining.

What time are we open?
We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 6pm (up to 5.30 pm on Fridays).
What delivery services do we offer?
To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £59 ex vat*. For orders under £59 ex vat we offer the following:
- 1st class post - £2.49
- DPD Standard Next Day Delivery - £6.50
- DPD Next Day Pre-12pm - £9.50 or (£5.00 on orders over £59*)
- DPD Next Day Pre-10.30am - £17.00
- Fluid Orders - FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £79 ex vat*. For orders under £79 - £8
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it. If you order before 5.30 pm on a Friday we offer a range of options including all day Saturday, pre12pm and pre10.30am. Please see our delivery page for more information.
