- WTO driven tools can be used with an ER collet mounted directly in the holder OR with the use of QuickFlex adapters.
- QuickFlex adapters can be changed over in several seconds using the patented one-hand wrench
- Enables safe and simple changing of cutting tools whilst the driven tool is still in the machine and eliminates the need for re-setting tool lengths on the machine.
- Adapters are available in ER collet chucks (extra short, standard and mini nut type), Weldon/whistle notch and face mill arbors.
- The adapters feature a polygon drive which locates securely in the driven tool and prevents the adapter from slipping, especially in high torque applications.
