Suitable for slotting, ramping, helical cutting & copy milling
Features
High Hardened Steels
Ultrafine micrograin carbide grades capable of machining hardened steels
Through Coolant
Reduces heat build up, improves chip flow and tool life
Material Suitability
Insert grades for steel, hardened steel, HRSA, cast iron & stainless steel
Double Relief Angle
Increases rigidity and prevents interference with the workpiece
HFM High Feed Mill Inserts
Insert Designation:
LPMT - Fine Finishing
LPMW & LPEW - High Hardness Materials
HFM Mill inserts are designed for high feed milling in smaller diameters.
The ultrafine micrograin carbide substrate and specialised coating drastically reduce the risk of chipping & wear.
The high helix angle of the insert also reduces cutting resistance.
