Mazak QTN2 VDI40 straight offset (vertical) driven tool manufactured in Germany by market leader WTO. Featuring advanced anti-vibration technology in the drive shaft, labyrinth tip seal and pre-tension positioning keys; results include the highest cutting performance and tool life, best surface finish and minimal vibration resulting in extremely high reliability. QTN2 VDI40 driven tool holders are suitable for Mazak Quick Turn Nexus, Super Quadrex and Super Quick Turn lathes with 12 station turrets. The toolholder is supplied with the WTO QUICK FLEX modular quick-change ER output, enabling the driven tool to be used with ER collets mounted in the live tool or as a quick change modular system with Quick Flex adapters.
