- Direct mount: This system mounts directly to the spindle to ensure a consistent mounting without the need for correction.
- First & second operation collet chuck: Designed with a fixed length actuation system that ensures the collet is held stationary. Allowing the collet chuck to be used in bar feeding operations and highly accurate second operations.
- Klamp DKF collet chucks are suitable for collets which have a +/-0.5mm gripping range.
- Fixed length: Workpiece remains in a fixed position during actuation allowing for precise z-axis positioning. A tapered sleeve is pushed forward, compressing the collet & gripping the workpiece.
- Case hardened: Optimising the rigidity, strength and durability.
- Short body, wide range: DT collets allow for a compact body design maximising the lathe work envelope. Gripping capacities of the series range from 3mm to 80mm.

What time are we open?
We are open Monday to Friday and able to dispatch orders between 8am and 6pm (up to 5.30 pm on Fridays).
What delivery services do we offer?
To mainland UK we offer FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £59 ex vat*. For orders under £59 ex vat we offer the following:
- 1st class post - £2.49
- DPD Standard Next Day Delivery - £6.50
- DPD Next Day Pre-12pm - £9.50 or (£5.00 on orders over £59*)
- DPD Next Day Pre-10.30am - £17.00
- Fluid Orders - FREE UK next day delivery on all orders above £79 ex vat*. For orders under £79 - £8
We also offer Saturday delivery for those that require it. If you order before 5.30 pm on a Friday we offer a range of options including all day Saturday, pre12pm and pre10.30am. Please see our delivery page for more information.
